Our goal is to provide the resources that you as a parent need to help your student become all that they can be physically, spiritually, and emotionally. 

Heart Connex Family Devotionals 

Introducing Heart Connex: A Semi-Weekly Family e-Devotional from LifeWay Student Ministry.  Each week, parents receive two, twenty-minute Bible study devotionals via email. These studies, authored by Dr. Richard Ross, contain solid Bible teaching presented in a warm, interactive format. In addition, the devotions are set-up so that students & parents alike are involved - each given specific things to say or do. Forms:
  • Medical Release Form - Before any student is allowed to go on any trip with Valleydale Student Ministries, we must have a notarized copy of this medical release form. 
  • Photo Release Form - In order to add pictures to this website, we need parents to fill out this form for each one of your children in our ministry.
  • Fall Retreat Registration Form - Please print, fill out the form (along with a med. release form if you don't have a current one) and turn in to appropriate ministry.
